Which is at a few meters from the villa and you only have only to cross the main road to enjoy the clear water of that excusive and beautiful sand beach with the blue flag. The villa is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy their holidays near the sea and who do not want to use the car. It is worth mentioning the proximity of the supermarket and restaurants as well as a chill out terrace on the beach where you will enjoy fabulous cocktails listening to the sea sounds.

The plot is totally enclosed and is about 750 m2 and the living space area on 2 floors is 180 m2.

Main floor: (Access by a few stairs). Large living-dining area with TV sat/tdt and a small bar (with small fridge and sink) where you will prepare your cocktails. Access to a large covered terrace with views on the swimming pool where you will prepare your meals and barbeque. Independent kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hobs, dish washer, refrigerator-freezer, micro wave, oven, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine and ustensils for the kitchen. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with bath, wc and washbasin. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 large bedroom and a bathroom with bath, wc and washbasin, en suite.

1st floor: (Access by internal staircase) living room with sofas with access to a terrace from where you will enjoy beautiful sea views. Large bedroom with double bed with sea views, access to the terrace and the bathroom with bath, wc and washbasin, en suite.


Outdoor: you will enjoy the large swimming pool of 10x5 with masonry stairs and external shower and barbeque area with portable barbeque. Closed garage for 2-3 cars.

Short distance to the sand beach La Fustera (250 m) beach good quality of the water and with less construction or if you prefer a rocky cove (250 m), supermarket and restaurants (500 m). Playa de Levante of Calpe and Promenade (2.4 km). Calpe centre (4,5 km)

Extras:

It is possible to accommodate 2 more people with an extra cost of 90 €/person per stay. Pets less than 12 kg are allowed with an extra cost of 30 € per stay.
