Oliva Nova Golf & Beach resort is situated on the coast between the towns of Oliva and Denia. It is bordered by over 15km of golden, sandy beaches protected by sand dunes and surrounded by evergreen orange groves. Thrilling mountain scenery completes the picture.

The resort's 18 hole golf course was designed by Severiano Ballesteros and here you will also find tennis courts where lessons are available.

In the on-site 5* hotel you can dine at one of 2 top restaurants, El Oliva and Columbus or you can relax in the wellness complex with it's sauna, steam bath, Jacuzzi and indoor heated swimming pool or spoil yourself in the beauty centre. There are also 2 bars in the hotel complex.

The resort has its own commercial centre with a bank, supermarket, medical centre, pharmacy, hairdresser and laundrette. The clubhouse is also recommended for an alfresco drink or a meal.

The bungalow is located within a gated community with communal pool. It has 2 small, private gardens, front and rear, which are irrigated automatically and maintained by the community's gardeners. There is a table and chairs for alfresco dining and relaxation. A small shed in the back garden contains chairs and a parasol for use on the beach.

The bungalow, which is fully furnished and equipped, has a living/dining room with a log burner, TV with UK, Spanish and German channels and a video and DVD player. The modern, separate kitchen is fully quipped.
There are 2 bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with twin beds. Both have built-in wardrobes. The family bathroom has a bath and shower.

There are ceiling fans in all the rooms and the master bedroom and living/dining room has air conditioning with heat and cool functions.

To secure the booking, the balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival. If booking within 8 weeks of your stay, full payment is required.
A refundable security deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
