Nice and comfortable chalet with view to the sea and Sun the whole day located in the Urbanization Vizcondado de Cabanyes in Calonge - is placed at only 2 kilometres from the village and 4 kilometres to the most agreeable beaches of the Costa Brava. Surrounded with a staggered garden it has a private swimming pool. The chalet is composed by two floors: the ground floor with lounge - dining room TV (Satellite), DVD and radio, direct access to an agreeable covered terrace destined for summer lounge as well as dining room - barbecue zone - placed next to the swimming pool, kitchen totally equipped with dishwasher and microwave. Bathroom. Laundry with washer and tumble dryer. In the top floor one finds a double bedroom with double bed and a bath with tub in suite and exit to terrace. Another double bedroom with double bed and a bath with tub in suite, and exit to terrace with nice views to the sea. Maximum capacity: 4/5 you present. (Supplementary bed in double optional bedroom for children) High Season 14.07 to 18.08 = 1.200 € / week Season medium 30.06 to 14.07 i 18.08 to 01.09 = 1.100 €
