This is a luxury villa in all respects. Equipped with air condition and central heating for a year round comfort, it has a nice lounge/diner and two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one en-suite. The big kitchen is well equipped with big fridge/freezer, hob, oven dish washer and microwave. The garden is very attractive and benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children, a barbecue, a seperate toilet and a outside shower. Parking is private within the grounds.

The villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay it has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.


This region of the Costa Blanca is very attractive with mountains, small towns and beaches all around. A number of golf courses and tennis courts are also nearby. The big town of Benidorm is about 45 minutes drive, close to Aqualandia water park and the new Terra Mitica theme park.

The climate here is superb and also rated very highly by The World Heath Organisation. This country produces spectacular landscapes with rolling valleys and mountains almost wherever you go and the evening sunsets, particularly in the winter, can be absolutely stunning.
