40 mins from Alicante airport, 20mins Murcia airport on the beautiful Costa Blanca.
We have tried to make our apartment a comfortable holiday destination for you and somewhere we would be happy to spend our hard earned annual leave!!
Our apartment is a short 5min drive from some beautiful mediterranean beaches and is an ideal location for golfers and families.
Torrevieja town and marina only 10 mins drive
Walking distance to the lively VillaMartin Plaza but far enough not to be disturbed by the music.
Communal pool is 3 mins walk. Small childrens pool also available
Selection of large supermarkets all within 5 mins drive.
Although a ground floor apartment there is a short flight of steps to the front door.
It is a spacious 2 bed apartment with fully fitted kitched and bathroom.
The large (18 x 12) living/dinng area is comfortably furnished with a 3 seater and two seater settee, coffee table, extending dining room table and 4 chairs. A collection of CDs/Videos games and books are also available for your use.
From the living area patio windows open on to spacious sunny terrace overlooking green area. Terrace not overlooked.
Large double bedroom with spacious fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, large ceiling fan and window overlooking terrace. Colour TV and Sky inc Sky Sports and Sky Movies
Twin bedroom with spacious fitted wardrobes, draw units, 2 full size single beds, ceiling fans, beside tables and lamps.
Good size fully tiled bathroom with shower/bath/toilet/bidet and well lit large mirror with spotlights.
Seperate fully fitted kitchen leading to rear outdoor paved utility area.
We have provided a range of other items to make your holiday more enjoyable these include BBQ/sun loungers/beach parasol and wind breaker/cool bag and ice blocks.
For the cooler months extra blankets and room heaters are provided.
For your security the apartment is fitted with an alarm/lockable grills on front door and patio windows. For your personal belongings a safe is provided.
