Casa Sueno is a bright and spacious villa, located on the slopes of Monte Pedreguer. The villa has stunning, far-reaching views to the coast and mountains.

The property has private parking within secure grounds with colourfully planted paths and borders that complement the extensive pool terrace. Barbeques can be enjoyed here beneath the palms or on the rear patio, an ideal spot to catch the last rays of the evening sun.

The villa is split between the main area at entry level, containing a double and twin bedroom, a very well equipped kitchen, dining area, conservatory and living room - and the lower level, reached internally by the stairs, or from the outside by a separate door where there is another large double bedroom as well as 2 single beds within a spacious living area, with a further bathroom and kitchen.

The lounge has a fireplace, television with video and DVD players, radio and stereo system and board games. The lounge and dining areas seat up to 8 people. The villa is equipped with central heating, room heaters and ceiling fans.
