Situated in a quiet residential area yet close to Alfaz town centre, the seafront of Albir is only 4km away.

This spacious and luxurious villa is ideal for families and mature couples to have a holiday in a quiet and peaceful location. You can enjoy poolside dining and relax in the shaded areas when you want to chill out.

The 3 spacious bedrooms (2 with 5ft. beds) are on the same level as the living areas so no stairs to climb. One bedroom is en-suite and there is also a family shower room.

Large parking area in the garden and beautiful private pool
is yours to enjoy with your family.

Indoors you will find a kitchen - dining area and large comfortable lounge TV room with WIFI access to keep you in touch with friends amd family during your holidays.
