THE APARTMENT:

This apartment has an approximate area of ​​45 m2, located on the first floor of a building in the Plaza San Francisco. This charming one bedroom apartment is cheerful, with lots of natural light, high ceilings and wooden floors. The bedroom with two single beds together, it is spacious and welcoming. The lounge is equipped with TV. The apartment is equipped with climate control air conditioning for the summer and heat pump for winter. In the lounge you will find a comfortable sofa that converts into a sofa-bed of 1.20 m wide, suitable for two children or one adult.

The large bathroom with shower with fresh towels ready for use upon arrival.

The kitchen is open to the living room, modern and practical, with the necessary appliances for use, silestone countertops and has a good use of the kitchen cabinets to hold your food.

THE AREA:

Located a few meters from the Plaza de la Merced, Plaza Uncibay and Constitution Square and meeting place of the local people. The area is full of charm and full of life, numerous trendy bars and restaurants prove it, especially on weekends.

The apartment is 5 minutes from Granada street, Calle Marques de Larios and the Thyssen Museum and the Picasso Museum, in a cultural reference. Similarly, without realizing it is in the Cathedral.
