It is really hard to find a holiday home, that has everything you can possible ask for - but Can Maxia has! The house has been equipped with all modern facilities in order to make your stay in Catalonia as comfortable as possible. Can Maxia is a 600m2 fully restored holiday home situated in stunning surroundings. It is decorated beautifully and with all the best indoor and outdoor facilities such as great BBQ area, outdoor kitchen, fenced pool area, playground, football field and a really pretty courtyard.

Can Maxia have 8 double bedrooms all with en-suit bathrooms and all are spacious and lovely decorated. On the ground floor is a hall way, a lounge area, a dining area, one of two kitchens and two double room with bathroom en-suit. On the huge first floor is a striking common area with a huge kitchen, a long traditional Spanish dining table and a really pretty and cozy fireplace area restored with great respect for the history of the house. Here is also a terrace with a table and an absolutely stunning view over the Catalan country site. On the first floor is also 2 bedrooms all with private bathrooms.

On the last second floor is 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, a large lounge area and a huge TV screen and a lovely covered terrace, where you can sit and enjoy a private moment and enjoy the view.

Beside the 600m2 decorated holiday home you have 5000m2 outdoor area for you exclusive use. A large area have been made for ball playing, there is a lovely BBQ zone with outdoor kitchen, situated just perfect so you are close to the fenced swimming pool area. Behind the terrace is a door to the game room with table tennis. Next to the pool area is a small playground area for the smallest in the group and behind the pool is a court yard planted with wine.

As the house itself is so large, the bedrooms spacious and all with private bathrooms, and there are several terraces and lounge areas –not to forget the huge outdoor area, then this house is brilliant for the large group who prefers lots of space and enough room to be private as well. That the entire place has been made with the very best materials and the architect has done a wonderful job – just makes it even more perfect! Just 1 Km. from the house is a great restaurant and the town Berga is just 7 km. away.

Notes
Number of persons: The number of persons included is 16. There are 3 extra beds, which will be availabe against a supplement. There is also a cot available.

The price includes: Taxes and VAT, electricity, heating, water, bed-linen, towels and cleaning at departure.

Deposit: When booking the property, a deposit equal to 40% must be paid within 8 days to secure the booking. By cancellation more than 2 months before arrival, half of the deposit will be refunded. By cancellation less than 2 months before arrival, the deposit is not refunded.

Remaining payment: The remaining amount is to be paid to the property-owner when you arrive.
