This lovely apartment is situated in the centre of this elegant resort town, 4 minutes walking distance from the main shops, bars and restaurants and only 8 minutes walking distance from the beach. It is fully equipped with stylish furniture and has Wifi access.
Sant Feliu de Guíxols has an old centre with little streets and shops, boulevard, excellent restaurants and bars and a wide sandy bay. The marina complex offers the possibility of water sports and sailing. In the surroundings of Sant Feliu there are also several golf courses and walking trails.
There are many events in Sant Feliu de Guíxols, including one of the best carnivals in the Costa Brava, The Porta Ferrada International Festival with theatre, music and dance as well as the Festa Major (traditional Catalan festival) in the first week of August.
This spacious, tastefully decorated, air-conditioned apartment of 97m2 was built in the year 2004 and is situated on the second (top) floor. It is in a quiet building which contains only 5 apartments.

The apartment has a private, peaceful (and child-friendly) roof terrace of about 110 m² with stunning mountain views where you can enjoy the sun all day long. It is equipped with sunbeds and has a table, chairs and sun-shade for outdoor dining and lights to extend the warm evenings even further.
In the garage below there is a parking place for 1 small car.
Within 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment there is a large supermarket so in fact a car isn’t needed. If you want to explore other beautiful villages along the coast, play golf, or go hiking in the mountains, visit Girona, Barcelona etc., a car is recommended although there are excellent bus services.
