Villa Floriana is a delightful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with plenty of space to relax inside and out.

You enter the villa on the first floor where you'll find an open plan living are with dining and lounging space. There is a large fireplace in the centre of the room offering warmth in the cooler months. There are 2 sofas and a comfortable chair seating 6 guests. The living room has a TV which also has satellite channels for your entertainment. The wooden dining table and chairs also seats 6 guests.

Large patio doors from the living room lead out onto the upper terrace with garden table and chairs and wonderful views across the mountains.

The living area leads through to the full equipped kitchen which is fitted with all appliances including an oven, hob, fridge, microwave, toaster and washing machine. All cooking utensils and crockery are also included.

There is a guest WC on this floor.

Downstairs you'll find 3 good size bedrooms with wardrobes, bedside table and drawers for storage. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds and one of them has a double. One of the twin rooms also has an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, WC, bidet and washbasin. There is a full family bathroom for the other rooms to share. Each bedroom also has a single camp bed which can sleep an extra guest. These can be moved to the living areas if more space is needed.

Outside on the ground floor you'll find a pool terrace with loungers and table and chairs. The private pool is a very good size and can be accessed via Roman steps into the shallow end. There's also a BBQ for evenings spent dining al fresco and taking in the spectacular views.

There is plenty of parking space on a driveway or the road outside the property. Linen and towels are provided.

Please note that the pool is not heated and will not be in use between 1st November and 31st March.

There are 3 camp beds in the villa that can sleep 3 extra guests at no extra cost.
