Cascadas Penthouse is furnished and equipped to an exceptional standard in a contemporary style. The apartment is accessed via an elevator and the accommodation comprises of:

A spacious open plan living and dining room with 2 large leather sofas, a coffe table, TV with DVD player and satellite channels. There is a dining table that seats 6. Patio doors run the length of this room, opening ou onto the terrace and offering fantastic sea views.

The modern kicthen is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a self catering holiday including a cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. Cooking utensils and crockery are also provided.

There are 3 large double bedrooms in the apartment. The master bedroom has a beautiful en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and WC. It also has access on to the balcony. Bedroom 2 also has balcony access. All 3 rooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside tables with plenty of storage space.

There is a large family bathroom for bedrooms 2 and 3 to share. This has a bath, shower, WC and washbasin.

Outside there is a wonderful terrace with sea views. There are loungers to relax on and soak up the sun. The complex has 2 large communal pools and beautiful manicured gardens that you can also sunbathe in.

There is undergound secure parking included in the rental.

Linen and towels are also provided.

In summer months a tourist train runs down from the resort to Calahonda every half an hour and costs just 1 Euro.
