La Cinuelica Townhouse sits in well maintained communal gardens and has a small patch of garden to the front of the property. 3 steps lead up to the house...

The living and dining area is bright and airy and is furnished with 2 sofas, a coffee table and a large dining table with seating for 6 guests. There is a TV and DVD player (please bring your own DVDs.)

There is a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor with all appliances including fridge, freezer, hob, oven, washing machine and toaster. All cooking utensils, corckery and cutlery is also included. The kitchen leads out to the rear of the property where there is a tiled patio area.

There is a separate WC on the ground floor.

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms. This comprises of a double room, a twin room and a single room. The twin room has access to a private balcony and all rooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside tables.

There is a large family bathroom with bath, shower, WC, washbasin and bidet. Outside there is also access out onto the private roof terrace.

Linen and towels are provided.
