On the 1340 sqm property with a floor space of 145 sqm plus several terraces there are 5 bedrooms (10 pers.), 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a large living and dining room with cozy fireplace. 1-2 parking spaces and adequate parking facilities are located in the courtyard. The private pool is solar heated from April to November, hot water is heated by solar energy all year round and the living rooms have modern heating. The beds are equipped with force adjustable bed bases and natural latex mattresses (linen on request). You have washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Satellite receiver and a radio / CD / DVD player available. For adults and children are available in a table tennis / accessories, as well as sun loungers and parasols.

The Villa Nuria is located in a quiet little dead end street, nestled between the former small fishing villages of Sa Tuna and Sa Riera, which comfortably on foot (approx. 15-20 minutes) to reduce emissions.
