If you make a booking less than 10 weeks before your departure date, the total rental will be due and payable within 7 days. We also require a refundable security deposit of 200 euros, payable with the final balance.
Please note that if you fail to pay your balance when due, your booking may be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your booking, the following refund conditions will apply: More than 10 weeks prior to arrival, 80% of deposit refunded. 8-10 weeks prior, 50%. 4-8 weeks, i.e. after balance paid, 50% of total sum paid will be refunded. 2-4 weeks prior, 25% of total paid and 0-2 weeks prior, no refund. However, if we manage to obtain a replacement booking, a full refund will be made, minus an administration charge of 50€. Should you terminate your stay early then no refund will be made.

Please note that you will need your own personal travel insurance for all members of your party as we will not accept any liability for any personal claims.
Please note also that by making a booking you are entering into a contract with the owner that you will abide by the above terms and will treat the property and its contents with care and respect. Any faults, breakages or damage should be reported to the owner immediately. The security deposit is intended to cover accidental damage or breakage and will not be used to cover normal wear and tear.
