Spacious, quiet and perfectly located 1-bedroom apartment just minutes walk from all the main tourist sites! Located right in the heart of Madrid. Modern, bright and fully equipped apartment, on the first floor *with elevator* of a new building.

The apartment comes with everything you need - brand new Samsung LCD TV, BLU RAY player, wi-fi INTERNET, full cooking facilities, modern bathroom with sumptuous marble finished, newly redesigned double bedroom with full linens, a comfy, double sofa-bed. There is full central heating and cooling. We take credit card at NO CHARGE.

The building itself is located just down the street from the gorgeous PUERTA DEL SOL, the centre square of Madrid. Puerta del Sol is the site of many of Madrid's most iconic attractions, including the Royal House of the Post Office and site of national celebrations.

Beyond its fantastic central setting—from where it is possible to travel to almost all major Madrid sites on foot (the Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, and Gran Vía, to name a few)—our SOL apartment offers a very comfortable, high-quality holiday stay at very competitive rates.
