Our house is located in a quiet urbanisation just outside the town of Calonge, only 5 minutes driving from the faboulous Costa Brava beaches.
The house has 3 double bedrooms (with possibility to have twin beds in one of the rooms), fully equipped kitchen and an open dining/living room. A very big garden (the house consists of two plots) with beautiful vegetation, a covered veranda just outside the house and a pool house with table a chairs for 6 where you can enjoy a meal or dinner in front of the swimmingpool with beautiful views to the garden. Under the pool house is also located the outdoor jacuzzi.

1 master room located on the first floor with access to a private roof terrace. The room has ensuite bathroom with bathtub with shower and also airconditioning.
1 double bedroom located on the main floor with built in wardrobe.

KITCHEN:
Kitchen open to the dining/living room with big dishwasher frige/freezer, electric oven, microwave, electric coffee machine and kitchen equipment. Door leading to the covered veranda.
DINING/LIVING ROOM:
Big dining living room area with a table which sits 6, a big sofa and a 37" led TV with cable channels and DVD player. From this room you have double french doors which lead you to to the covered veranda which has an outdoor table which sits 6.
The area of the living/dining room and kitchen has air conditioning and a fireplace.
The property has central heating for the colder months.
OUTSIDE:
You have a sunny garden and swimming pool area with its own covered dining area where also the outdoor jacuzzi is located. The swimmingpool has underwater lighting and the outdoor dining area and garden also have their lightening so that you can enjoy in this area nice dinners also. This area is equipped with a gas barbecue. A coal barbecue is also available at the back of the house.
The house is not located on street level so that you can enjoy total privacy.
You have a private parking plot inside the house with electric door and more parking space in the quiet street outside the house.
