Villa Silvana can confortably accomodate 6 people in three bedrooms (double beds in two bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds), each with its own ensuite bathroom. This villa is built by the owners to a high standard, primarily for their own use. It is only four years old. It is located in Cotobro, which is a residential community that is part of the charming seaside town of Almunecar on the Granada coast. It is about one hours drive east of the Malaga airport by toll free motorway.

From the villa, there are great sea views over the bay of Cotobro, Marina del Este, Punta de la Mona, and the nearby beach. The house is built on multiple levels, but connected internally by elevator, thus making the house even wheelchair accessible (note, first two levels, which include two bedrooms, kitchen and lounge, are elevator (lift) accessible; top guest suite only accessible by stairs). On the street level is a garage from which there is access to the rest of the house by elevator or stairs.

On the next level are two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. The master bath has both a walk-in shower and a hydromassage tub. All bathroom fixtures are top quality Roca brand.

Next level up has the ultra modern kitchen with top rated Bosch appliances, including a wine cooling cabinet, quartz countertops, German made floor to ceiling cabinets, cooktop, and sink on an island.

Next to the kitchen is a dining area and beyond are lounge, guest toilet, balconies, and outdoor terrace.

On the top level is a separate guest suite, with a large terrace in front and spectacular sea views. But there is still more.

At the very top of the property is an annex building with a game room for playing ping pong and darts.

Between the main house and the annex building is a terrace on which is located a completely secluded, private pool.

The main house is cooled and heated with reversible heat pumps. All the bedrooms have also ceiling fans. Windows and doors are double-glazed and fitted with roller blinds for shading and security.
