The apartment, set on the 9th floor in a building with lift, is located just a few meters from Malagueta beach and offers a unique opportunity to discover Malaga in the very best way; combining your city break with a beach holiday.

The apartment is situated in a corner with two terraces. It has been completely renovated in 2011 and comprises of a living room with a fully fitted open-plan kitchen, dining table, flat screen TV, sofa and a bathroom with shower, washing machine and towel warmer. There is access from the living room to the terrace overlooking Malagueta beach and Gibralfaro Castle.

The apartment comprises of two bedrooms:

The first bedroom offers a large comfortable double bed, wardrobe, air-condition and access to the terrace overlooking the city, the second bedroom offers a large comfortable double bed (which can be separated for two single beds), wardrobe and air-condition. nd finally a nice bathroom with shower and washing machine.
