Description: |
The Townhouse is set on the side of a hill overlooking the beauty and splendour of the Jalon Valley. The valley is overlooked by the magnificent Sierra Bernia Mountains, and the valley is full of orange, lemon, almond and olive trees, lush vegetation, fantastic vineyards and breathtaking scenery. It is said to be one of the finest examples of rural Spain.
The property is built to a very high standard and has air-conditioning and heating throughout. Access to all levels of the complex is by lifts, and the development has communal walkways, gardens and a large communal swimming pool and parking. The pool area also boasts a seperate male and female toilet, shower and changing block for the convenience of guests.
The local area has many restuarants, bars, shops and excellent Bodegas where you can purchase local wine by the litre, some as reasonable as one Euro a litre.

We can highly recommend the Townhouse if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing holiday with breathtaking views, but close to numerous bars, restaurants, shops and a short drive to numerous beaches and upmarket coastal resorts like Moraira and Javea.
