This terraced house, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms has shared pool and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Internet WIFI included. No pets. No smoking.

Ideal for 4 adults, 2-3 children and a baby. The main room with double bed and other room with two beds. The third room has bunk beds, better for children. Lower bed has an extra bed to put together. There is an extra folding bed for occasional use. A crib for baby is available.

Bath towels and linens are provided. Of course the central air-conditioning (heating, in winter) with individual temperature controls in living room and main room. Private parking is included.

At the beach you have a sailing and surf school (With rental)

Around the house you have several pubs, restaurants and bars:
- Irish Pub (mollymalone)
- El Laul restaurant.
- Burger King, grill restaurant...

Maybe practice some Golf, Horse riding, visit El Puerto and Jerez cellars...

Place to stay

We had brilliant time and the house was fab. We were travelling in a group of 3 adults and 3 years old child. There were lots of toys and bookes for children in a house (nice touch). Beach is 5 min walk, restaurant with play area and small park with play area is near by. Owner is very helpfull and easy to communicate with. Would like to think that we shall be back
