The apartment is situated at Granada’s coast line, between the towns of Motril and Salobreña.
It is located at a distance of 73 Km from Granada and 95 Km from Malaga.
The complex is surrounded by the Golf Club ‘Los Moriscos’ and the beach is at walking distance of approximately 200-250 meters.
The living-room is spacious and contains a sofa-bed (200x140 cm), armchair, coffee table, dinner table with 4 chairs and TV&DVD. The bedroom contains a double bed (200x140 cm), 2 bed side tables and a big fit-in wardrobe.
The apartment includes 2 sets of bed line. There is a small terrace with a view into the golf course at the bedroom.
Fully equipped kitchen (Fridge & Freezer, Dishwasher, Vitroceramic, Oven & Hood, Washing machine, Microwave, Toaster & Coffee machine. The bathroom offers all facilities and two complete sets of towels. Terrace with views to the golf course and cost line in the background equipped with table and cofortable hammacks.
Due to its privilege location, the apartment is ideal to practice Golf and relax at the beach.
