Luxury gound floor apartment, with large lounge, well equiped kitchen and 2 good size bedrooms each with their own bathroom! Tastefully furnished with all the comforts of home! Large Colour TV with Cable TV - 30 channels including sports + movies, DVD + Video player. English films provided, but you can bring your own! CD player with radio in the kitchen
Large kitchen with American style kitchen and breakfast bar, microwave oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, hob and oven. Toaster, Kettle + Coffee maker provided in the kitchen. Hairdryer provided in master bedroom.
The apartment overlooks the private pool in the centre of the small complex enabling the supervision of children from the apartment terrace. A perfect base for a relaxing holiday for golfers, couples and families alike.
This is a lovely quiet area to stay in, but close enough to the lively bars, clubs and restaurants ensuring there is plenty to do at night. There are regular quiz nights and kareoke competitions in the local bars, which you can walk to easily. There are lots of English and Irish pubs in the area too, with lots to keep the kids happy.
We are a 10 minute walk from large cheap supermarket and 120 shops & restaurants in Playa Flamenca Commercial centre with all year round daytime and nightly entertainment, bowls greens, children’s area and lots of active ex-pat social clubs in the immediate area.
The beach is 20 minutes walk or about 5 minutes by car. The King of Spain has his own private beach nearby too! Next to the NUDIST beach!
There are 6 golf courses all around the area including 3 at VillaMartin just 10 minutes drive away.
La Manga Club, is about 30 mins drive away, if you want to try your luck on their golf course, but beware! Its expensive.!! - But fantastic!!
Deposits
A £150 non-refundable deposit is payable on confirmation of booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday start date.
A 50 Euro charge for the cleaning of the apartment at the end of the rental period is to be paid to the management company when you arrive.A £150 pound refundable security deposit is also required.
Changeover day is flexible, please ask us as we have a local caretakers to organise your arrival + departure.
We also offer airport transfers from Murcia and Alicante Airports. Please enquire for further details.
We can also arrange a welcome pack for you, with tea, coffee, milk, bread, water, bacon + eggs, beans, cereal + fresh fruit if you wish. Just let me know and you pay locally for this service. Prices start from €30.
Just to say we had a wonderful time in your apartment with plenty of space and comfortable seating!! The pool was also great I think we didn't use it twice out of the whole fortnight the people are friendly made us all feel very relaxed You have a wonderful place there we didn't want to return home!!

well we had a great time, the apartment was excellent and the weather was fantastic. Alan was superb and provided a 1st class service, we would like to thankyou all for making our holiday as good as it was. we will definitely be coming back again and were already thinking of maybe April next year, were thinking of ten days this time (what would the cost be?).
