Our townhouse is situated in La Heredia de Monte Mayor on the Monte Mayor Golf & Country Club, Benahavis, Costa del Sol, Spain.

La Heredia was inspired by the typical white Andalucian villages; Los Pueblos Blancos. Each house is different, both in- and outside and even the colours differ. Monte Mayor was named after the mountain on the 24-hrs secured resort and is situated 6 miles from San Pedro de Alcantar (Marbella). In the midst of beautiful nature though only 15 minutes from the buzzling Puerto Banus, Marbella and Estepona with its sandy beaches. Lovely villages like Ronda, Mijas en Istan are within an hour's drive.Beautiful cities such as Malaga, Granada, Sevilla, Cordoba, Jerez de la Frontera en Cádiz are within 2 hours drive and make La Heredia ideal for daytrips.

If you're a golf enthusiast the Monte Mayor course is well-known but also another 20 courses are within 15 miles of La Heredia. Valderama is 40 minutes away.
