The apartment is situated at the top of the complex giving it some of the very best amazing views to been seen of any property on this complex, great family holiday apartment all on one level and only 100 mtrs from the panoramic swimming pool, the main infinity pool ( open mid June to mid September ) has a life guard on duty for the safety of you and your children, the panoramic pool is open all year weather permitting, both pools have changing rooms and toilets for you use.

The apartment has two bedrooms one with a extra large double and the other bedroom with twin beds, both bedrooms have air conditioning and plenty of wardrobe space.

The main living room also has air conditioning and is bright and airy with great views to the Mediterranean, there is a 32" flat screen TV with UK Sky Free View and a DVD for your use.

Fully equipped American style kitchen with all modern quality appliances including a dishwasher.

The full bathroom has a full size bath with shower over it, there is a separate laundry room for the washing machine.

The terrace is south facing with amazing view over Almunecar and the Mediterranean and up to the surrounding mountains.. the best views from Fuentes by far..!

On the terrace you will find a permanent built sun shade / canopy for shading from the hot mid day sun, dining table and a BBQ for dining alfresco all on you own private terrace.

There is a private gated garage for secure parking of your car and is located next to the apartment underground and is accessed by some steps.

Great views and food

We spent a lovely 6 days in Almunecar using the apartment in Fuentes. The journey to which was made very easy with the directions given to us by Roy and Carol. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and the view of the ocean makes sitting outside with a glass of wine of an evening very pleasant not to mention having breakfast every morning. It has everything you would need for a short stay as well as an extended one. The panoramic pool (a stone's throw away) is great if don't want to go as far as the beach. The area is nice and since we were there late April not at all packed. Almunecar and Vevillia are lovely spots with handy beaches and lovely food in the restaurants and bars. You would definitely need a car to get around as it is so easy to get to the Sierra Nevada, Granada etc to explore and see more of Andalucia and Costa Tropical; just in case you do have an odd poor weather day. The roads are a great way to get a handle on European driving if it is your first time on that side of the road. Roy and Carol's service is very unobtrusive but clearly they were available if we needed them and they gave us good advice around the locality. The food in the area is great and we particularly enjoyed El Chaleco, Almunecar and Iguana restaurant in Velillia just at the bottom of the hill, sitting on the beach
