The rooms are large and airy, with plenty of the Spanish sunshine filling all the rooms! This villa has part air con, three large bedrooms, with cot space. Two bathrooms, a large and fully equipped kitchen and large living and dining room opening out to a large covered terrace with ample seating and alfresco dining area. You will find a great brand new private swimming pool with plenty of lighting for midnight swimming!

Notes
All prices are in Euro. Upon booking, I will forward a booking form, this needs to be completed and emailed back to me, once the deposit payment has been made of 25% of the balance, full confirmation with be sent including all the villa and local area information. Upon arrival, I will be at the villa to meet you, show you in and answer any questions that you may have. For any further information, contact me via email or phone. I can also make arrangements for car hire and private airport transfers.
A welcome pack of basics can be supplied for 15€.
Meet and Greet after 8pm is charged at 20€.
The final cleaning fee should be left in the villa upon departure.
CAR HIRE
We have a excellent car hire company based in El Campello. They are a long established company and speak English, Spanish, French and Dutch.

They work with LCM Villas and offer a personal meet and greet service where you will be collected in a minibus at the airport and taken to your holiday villa, where your hire vehicles will be waiting for you, saving you all the stress of airport queues. This is a FREE service and applies to all customers regardless of size of party or size of car hired.

Alternatively if you prefer a representative can meet you at the airport with your chosen vehicle.

Please contact us directly for a free quote, the car hire includes free mileage, full tank and all risk insurance.

Please remember to book any car hire well in advance if your holiday is within the main summer months of July and August, as availability becomes very limited and the prices with other companies can be very high.

My name is Louise and I live in Spain with my husband Carl and my little girl. We have lived in El Campello over the last nine years and love the Spanish way of life! Should you rent one of our villa´s, we will be on hand to meet you in, show you around and give you some local info, who better than the people that live here!
