MAGNIFICENT VILLA in Calpe (Costa Blanca), with private pool and near the sea (350m) for up to 8 people.

DISTRIBUTION: This villa is arranged on two floors connected by a staircase. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, one with double bed and en suite bathroom, second bedroom also with double bed and the other two with two single beds each, a bathroom with tub and a large terrace to enjoy the views. Downstairs a large living room with TV and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room. From the lounge you can access a large terrace for dining or relaxing with magnificent views from the natural park of the Rock of Ifach and the village of Moraira.

EXTERIOR: The property has approximately 320 square meters and the plot of 1000 square meters. We have a pool that is at a lower level than the house which can accessed by stairs in the pool area you have a covered area under the house to enjoy a good barbecue, has enough space to park vehicles.

LOCATION: Located near the creek Bassetes in Benissa Costa where you have restaurants and activities to enjoy your free time, a foot path by the sea where you can stroll to the nearby town of Calpe and enjoy its magnificent beaches sand.
