The apartment has one bedroom with double bed, a lounge with a sofa bed, 32” TV and central air conditioning.

The kitchen is small and handy fully equipped (including microwave and washing machine) is integrated into living room with a dining table for up to 3 persons. There is also a bathroom with enclosed shower is separate.

The parquet floors are bright & warm, adding to this modern apartment, practical, functional and simple lines.

Just down the street you will find bars and restaurants to eat tapas, or just have a coffee, enjoying the views of the Alcazaba and the Roman Theatre, for example.

Extra rates: Easter (1 to 8 April) & Feria de Málaga (10 to 19 August ). Please check with the owner.

Departure Cleaning Fee 25.00 €

Balance due at arrival together with a copy of passport or ID.

Internet (modem USB) and Parking both optional at extra daily charge.

Extra Charge for late arrivals: 25.00 € after 21.00 h - 35 € after 00.00 h
