GREAT HOLIDAY VILLA IN LA FUSTERA (BENISSA COSTA), WITH PRIVATE POOL for a max. of 10 people, 1200m from a sandy beach.

Distribution: This villa is divided on two floors. The lower floor, at pool level has two bedrooms (one double and other with twins) and a shower room. A spacious living dinning room and an open plan kitchen.
The top floor has three bedrooms ( two doubles and one with twins). A fully equipped kitchen with a laundry rrom and a living dinning room with a nice chimney. From the living room you can access a covered terrace with garden and pool views well prepared for a nice rest after a long day at the beach.

EXTERIOR:The villa is surrounded by a big garden with palm trees. There's a nice BBQ area shaded by a pergola with pool views and also a sink. At a lower level there's the pool, sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
There's enough parking for a few cars.

LOCATION: The villa is in the Urbanización La Fustera, on the Benissa coast. Where you can find and choose form various coves
