Walking distance to the popular Villa Martin Plaza with excellent choice from many eating places. Well placed for three world class golf courses with many more within 45 min drive. 25 min drive to Mercia and 45 min drive to Alacante.

Short distance from apartment is the shared pool and toddler pool within a very pleasant grassed area. A short drive brings you to a selection of beaches such as La Zenia.
Torrevieja is nearest Spanish town, 15 min drive with beanches, marina, night market, etc.

Always A Great holiday

We have been here several times, the apartment has lots of great facilities and is in a great location. Walking distance to bars and restaurants, but far enough away to have a peacefully quiet nights sleep! We always hire a car from the airport as my husband likes to get around a few of the golf courses and we like to have to option to visit near by cities and attractions. The cost of living is much cheaper than here in the UK so this is a great holiday if you have a budget! The local beaches are great and well maintained with clean public toilets and cafes, and the pool attached to the apartment is in perfect condition with very clean toilet facilities and a well groomed green area. Locals are friendly and most speak English, we would highly recommend the "square" for eating, drinking and dancing (if that takes your fancy). Also the nearby town of Cartagena has some LOVELY shops, and cafes along its beautiful marina, great for icecream too!
