GORGEOUS VINTAGE COUNTRY ESTATE, FULLY RESTORED FOR UP TO 8 PEOPLE IN Benissa (Costa Blanca), with private pool. Retains all its authentic character of two centuries ago but with all the comforts of today. Surrounded by fields, enjoys a great tranquility yet only minutes from the beaches of Calpe and Moraira.
DISTRIBUTION: Built on two floors connected by an internal staircase.
GROUND FLOOR ACCESS:
A double bedroom, shower room, a spacious living room with fireplace, TV-Sat and a fully equipped kitchen. From the kitchen out into a conservatory (ideal for meals) from wich you can access the garden and a second terrace with outdoor kitchen and BBQ area.
FIRST FLOOR: 3 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other 2 with single beds. A bathroom.
Below, another large covered terrace open to the pool area, also ideal for lunch or dinner, or just to relax.
OUTSIDE: The property has a very wide woodland with lawn and terrace surrounding the pool. Outdoor shower and garden furniture.
It has a beautiful wide open view of the field and onto the town of Benissa.
Place to park several vehicles.
LOCATION: Unbeatable at the junction between Calpe, Benissa and Benimarco, near a small supermarket and highways that lead directly to both beaches of Calpe, Benissa and Moraira Costa.
