NICE HOLIDAY VILLA IN COSTA BENISSA (Costa Blanca), WITH PRIVATE POOL, JUST 450M FROM THE SEA, for up to 8 people.

DISTRIBUTION: The villa is divided into two identical floors, connected by an external staircase. On both floors we can find two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one twins) and a bathroom. We also have a kitchen (with a pantry room and washing machine) and a living room with fireplace. Upstairs, you can access from the living room a sunroom overlooking the pool and garden. On the main floor from the living room we find another exit to a covered terrace with garden and pool.

EXTERIOR: There is a beautiful fountain at the entrance of the property, also space to park several vehicles and the entrance sliding door is automatic. This villa has a large round pool surrounded by lawn and a beautiful wooded garden. This pool has colored lights to make an evening more fun. On the covered terrace there's a gas barbecue.

LOCATION: Located just 450m from the sea and the famous cove Baladrar in Benissa Costa. Where there is a nice beach bar where you can enjoy a refreshing drink while looking at the sea and the beautiful natural park overlooking the Rock of Ifach. There's a supermarket just 200m from the villa.

OTHER: ANIMALS ADMITED, FANS IN ALL ROOMS.
