Casa Juanida is located in the countryside just outside the white Axarquia mountain village of Competa. The villa is accessed down a short, well maintained concrete track. Despite its rural location the village centre is only a 10 minute walk offering an excellent choice and range of bars and restaurants.
As the villa acts as the owners main residence outside of the rental season it is very well equipped. The villa has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the main bedroom having an en-suite bathroom. There is a spacious living/dining room offering English satellite TV.
The kitchen area is very well equipped offering everything you will need for your stay. Outside the property has its own private swimming pool, two outside seating areas for relaxing or dining al fresco. There is also a brick built barbecue for your use.
It is located just a 25 minute drive to the coast where you can visit the coastal towns of Algarrobo Costa, Torrox Costa and Torre del Mar. The coastal town of Nerja is just 40 minutes away.
