Large 4 bedroom 3-storey house with 3 bathrooms/shower rooms, two patios, solarium and shared pool. Accommodates 10 people. Main bedroom (first floor) has a balcony overlooking the sea, with only one road separating the 400 metre walk to the beach. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and cooker, air-conditioning and heating, 3 shower units, sky TV and DVD. Rear patio with garden table and 6 chairs overlooking the pool, plus 4 sun loungers. Table tennis and weights in bedroom in basement.

Facilities/Entertainment
Shops, bars and restaurants are all within a 5-minute walk. Villa Martin (bars and restaurants), Alicante and Torrevieja, water parks and numerous golf courses are just a short drive away.

Airports
Airports: Alicante (40 mins) and Murica (30 mins)

Booking
Upon booking, a £100/week non-refundable deposit will be required. Once received, an introductory pack will be sent to you containing: 1) Introduction to the house and facilities 2) Directions from Alicante and Murcia airports; 3) List of restaurants, golf courses, and things to do and see in the Costa Blanca area.

The balance will be due 8 weeks prior to the holiday booking.

If booking for less than 5 nights there is an additional £100 charge to cover cleaning/laundry costs.

A €100 refundable damages deposit will also be required on collection of the keys from our keyholder.
