The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There are also 2 separate ensuite bedrooms on the first floor of the house available to let at an additional 100 euro pr. room pr week. This is half price of the normal B&B price, making the total capacity of the property up to 4 bedrooms, 8 people.
Located in the peaceful village of Totalan in the Axarquia region of Malaga 290 meters above sea level, you can enjoy the peace and tranquility that rural Spain offers while still being close to the buzzling Costa del Sol. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful nature of Andalucia, Totalan is a perfect starting point for hiking, cycling, or if you wish to explore other parts of Andalucia by car. Sevilla, Granada, Cordoba and Cadiz are all within reach of a daytrip, and Malaga is only 20 km away.
If you wish to combine your rural vacation with a day at the beach, Totalan is only 7 km away from the blue-flag beaches of Rincon de la Victoria and La Cala del Moral.
At Costa del Sol you are never far away from a golf course with over 50 golf courses over a stretch of 160 km coastline, the closest one being 10 km away in Rincon de la Victoria, which hosts a 18 hole, 72 par golf course.
In Totalan you will find everything you need for daily living. The village have several small supermarkets where you can get everything you need, and several bars which also serve meals. Above the village there is a municipal pool which just opened in 2010. From the poolside you can enjoy stunning views down to the Mediterranean Sea.
Getting there: There is a daily bus service to and from Malaga. Airport pickup can be arranged. If you arrive by car, detailed directions will be provided in your booking confirmation.
The apartment is well equiped with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, wash room and living room.
-Each bedroom is equiped with a double bed. At request, one of the double beds can be changed to 2 single beds at no additional cost. All bed linens are provided. The bedrooms are equiped with air condition for those warm summer nights, and fans are also available.
-The bathroom is nicely finished with both a shower and a bathtub. Separate toilet. Towels are provided.
-Washroom with laundry machine.
-Large lounge/dining room with sofa, chairs and large dining table. 42' widescreen TV with DVD player, and a large selection of movies available. Assorted games and books available.
-The apartment has a large terrace area (approx 20 square meters) with a barbeque and garden furnitures so that you can eat outside while enjoying the beautiful views.
-WIFI available free of charge.
If you wish to see the region, a rental car is reccomended as public transport is a bit limited on the Spanish countryside. However, if you wish to use Totalan as a starting point for bikerides og hiking, a car is not necessary as the village has all amenities necessary.
We can pick you up at the airport for a cost of EUR 40 each way. If you have special luggage like bikes, this is not a problem, just let us know beforehand.
If you arrive by car, we will greet you at the front of the village and guide you to the apartment. Street parking is available close to the apartment.
