VILLA CASA KYRA :
Beautiful holiday villa with private pool, on the Costa Blanca halfway Moraira and Calpe. Casa Kyra is extremely suitable for up to 8 persons. An additional cot is available.
Location:
Beautiful, practical and very well maintained villa on 960 m² in Benissa in the quiet consolidation “Los Almendros”, 5 minutes drive from Moraira.
You are on about 1500 meters from the supermarket, restaurants, bars, bakery, pharmacist, doctor,… and within walking distance of the beach.
The house has a nice, well kept garden with beautiful flowers, palm- and fruit trees. The ramp is closed with a double open rotating port. Before the house there is a shady parking for 3 cars and a lockable gate as access to the property.
Inside:
1) Large, spacious living room. The window gives out on the sun terrace with swimming pool. New TV with satellite reception with TV Vlaanderen, home cinema system, DVD player + radio reception.
2) Spacious dining area with the necessary storage cabinets.
3) Open kitchen with a little “aperitif bar”. The window opens onto the terrace. Large refrigerator with separate freezer. Coffee maker, microwave oven, deep fryer, toaster, gas hob, dish washer and double sink. Also available: iron and iron board.
4) Cosy reading corner with wood fireplace and sofa bed.
5) 3 bedrooms, 1 fully refreshed with double bed and 2 with 2 single beds. All beds are equipped with new mattresses and new bedding.
6) 2 bathrooms, 1 with bath-shower, sink and W.C. and 1 with spacious shower, sink and W.C. Both bathrooms are equipped with new towels.
7) Central heating on gas and a high yield fireplace with a large stock of firewood to hibernate.
8) Internet with a very strong wifi signal in and surrounding the house.
Outside:
1) At the private pool of 8,5 meter x 4,5 meter, there is a large sun terrace completely to the south. There are sun loungers and patio furniture available to have a nice meal or for sunbathing.
