Notes
The property is fully-equipped with all mod cons and is handed over to guests spotlessly clean with fresh bed linen plus bath, hand and beach towels for all. Maid/cleaning services are not provided but can be arranged on request at the guests´ expense. Self-catering means that guests are expected to maintain at least a reasonable standard of cleanliness and leave the property with floors swept and work surfaces wiped, clean crockery, glasses and cutlery etc. Guest are not, of course, expected to launder bed linen and towels etc.

Notes
All prices are for stays of 1 week. For any week that goes over a month end, the above amounts are pro-rated according to the number of days that fall in each month. For the purposes of this calculation, the first day of your stay will be taken into account but not the day of departure. There are no other charges for the full use of the property. However, please note that we include an allowance of 250kw of electrical consumption per week which should be ample. Any consumption in excess of this will be charged at 15p per kW.
In the period November to April, excellent discounts are available for longer stays. For weeks including Easter and Christmas/new year periods there is a supplement of GBP 250.
To secure a booking, a deposit of 20% of the total rental is required. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival along with a further refundable damages deposit of 10% (subject to a minimum of £250).
To make a booking, please contact the owner with desired dates, the size & composition of the group (family, friends, couples etc & the ages of any children).
All bookings from May to September run from Saturday to Saturday.

I am a British Chartered Accountant with a longish career in Corporate Finance in Brussels and London and have held a number of financial directorships with some large companies including Ladbroke Group and The Franklin Mint. I moved to Spain in 1998 and have owned and run several successful businesses here. I bought Villa Blanca in 2002, completely refurbished it and, in 2006, completed a major extension to it including the installation of a super private pool.

The Perfect Villa!

I stayed at Villa Blanca with my family in summer last year. We knew from the pictures that it would be lovely, but in real life it was totally amazing! The pictures really don't do this place justice. The living space was huge, and there was a choice of terraces from which to sip our gin and tonics whilst admiring the amazing views. The place was spotless and the owner went out of his way to ensure that we had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic, especially as we had 2 children with us. Unlike some villas out there, this one was tucked away enough to be peaceful, though well within easy walking distance to the beach, shops and a host of restaurants. I will be returning!!!
