Holiday villa for rent in La Cala de Mijas

This is a my first season of rental. My name is Lynda and I am the owner and manage the property. I was born in England but have been living in Spain many years hence speak fluent Spanish and will be available should anyone need my assistence. The villa has large secluded gardens and pool 9 x 5 which can be overlooked from the terrace and inside of the house.There are sun loungers in the garden. There is a also a barbecue area on another patio. It is a very light house and has sun all day. Inside on the first floor there is a Kitchen with all amenities, large lounge , dining room, one bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs is the main bedroom plus 3 other bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and there is part air conditioning. There is also gas central heating. The house is in a very convenient position as you are 5 minutes in car from the beach at La Cala or 8 minutes from Fuengirola both of these towns have a wide choice of Shops ,Supermarkets and Restaurants. There are also 2 Ventas only 3 minutes away from the house where you can have super food at reasonable prices. There are 3 Golf courses within easy reach, Santana Golf is 2 minutes, Mijas Golf is 3 minutes and La Cala Golf is 5 minutes. From Malaga airport it is 25 minutes and in the opposite direction Marbella and Puerto Banus the same distance. This particular area is a good central point as you have Acuapark which is ideal for the children with a choice of pools, slides and rubber rings. The zoo which is for all the family and closes at 10pm in the summer months.Further along the coast is Selwoo Marina which has displays of Delfins and at Estepona there is Selwoo wild life park. Its super to see all these beautiful animals so close. I will leave brochures in the house with all the amenities close by. Im sure you and your friends will have a wonderful holiday here to repeat again next year.
