A totally renovated 4 bedroom villa with a large private pool, in a peaceful area only 10 minutes walk to the town centre and lovely beaches. Large flat screen tv in the lounge with sky. Wifi. Air conditioning/heating in all living areas, fans in all bedrooms.There are several terraces around the villa where you can enjoy a glass of wine while you watch the sunset. We have a traditional and a gas BBQ and plenty of space for outdoor dining. Good restaurant 2 minute walk. Supermarket within 5 minutes walk.
Nerja is a beautiful Spanish town which has still retained it's Spanish character, there are plenty of good tapas bars for you to enjoy, chiringuitas on the beaches, great paella at Ayo's on burriana beach.. and much more!

I have lived in Nerja for almost 7 years and I love it here, this villa has been my home for the past 4 years and is decorated and furnished as a home, not a letting property. My children have both left home now so I have moved into a smaller property. I hope you enjoy staying in my villa as much as I have enjoyed living there!
