Situated in this most beautiful of areas and with commanding views, you have no need to leave the confines of the villa. We have a larger than average swimming pool, lots of different areas to either be in, or out of the sun. Meals can be prepared and eaten outdoors; we also have a breakfast terrace.
Indoors there are two bedrooms one with a king-size double bed and en-suite, the other a pair of twin beds, with a double sofa bed should it be needed in the solarium. The lounge is comfortably furnished with two leather sofas; there is a TV with all of the UK Freeview channels, a music system, and a selection of table top games and books for your use. The bathroom has that touch of luxury with a Jacuzzi bath.

Notes
The nearest large supermarkets are in Puente Don Manuel and La Viñuela (a couple of mins) and the nearest restaurant is less than a 10 minute walk away. The villa is within easy reach of the small whitewashed villages of; La Viñuela (2 mins), Puente Don Manuel (1mins) Alcaucin (5mins), Los Romanes (10 mins drive), and Periana (15mins), all with restaurants, bars and small shops. The capital of the Axarquia region Velez-Malaga (20mins); The nearest beach, Torre del Mar (25mins), other places of interest include the coastal town of Nerja (35mins); fashionable Marbella/Puerto Banus (75mins); the beautiful and historic cities of Seville and Cordoba, and the ever popular Gibraltar (120 mins), the wonderful city of Granada and the Alhambra Palace (75mins), and should you want to skiing in the Sierras (95 mins).
The villa is approximately 15 minutes drive from Torre del Mar and the coast, where you will also find El Ingenio a large shopping centre. There are two very good local golf courses with spectacular views over the Mediterranean. The fishing port and marina at Caleta de Velez boast some excellent fish restaurants, as does the whole stretch of our coast. Lake Vinuela offers non-motorised water sports, you can learn to sail, rent sail boats, canoes and wind surfers, and the area is renowned for walking and rambling, cycling, horse riding and is a bird watchers paradise.

Notes
Prices are in Pounds per week, and bookings will be confirmed upon payment of a 25% non-refundable deposit with the remainder to be paid in full 6 weeks before holiday start date. Welcome packs will be provided with each arrival, and a ‘full shop’ can be pre-ordered by email, at cost, plus a £25 surcharge. We will require a £130 refundable security deposit on completion of a final inspection. We offer a 10% discount for bookings of two weeks or more outside of the peak season.
The villa is thoroughly cleaned prior to occupation and again in accordance with length of stay.
We also have winter reductions for couples, maximum 2 people plus infant, and longer lets. Contact us for details
