This very nicely presented 3 bedroom Villa with 3 bathrooms private swimming pool and lots of outside space makes this Villa ideal for your well earned family holiday, there are 2 bedrooms in the main house and a third bedroom located by the swimming pool with is own en-suite bathroom.

This Villa also benefits from being all on one level with no stairs, there is a large living room and dining area along with a fully equipped American style kitchen with extra large fridge for keeping your wine chilled.

With several terraces to enjoy the fantastic views weather relaxing or dining alfresco there is space for all the family, the swimming pool is 6 X 3 meters so great for taking that mid day dip to cool off and relax.

There is a dining table for 6 people on the terrace and ample seating around the outside of the Villa, a gas BBQ is available for your use, there are sun loungers provided to soak up the sun our relax under the wined out sunshade with a nice glass of local wine and a good book and enjoy the amazing views.

Easy secure parking on the Villas own private large gated driveway that will let you park just outside the main house great for unloading the shopping.

There are fans to keep you cool and as the bedrooms are located to the back of the property they do keep cooler than the main living space of the property.

The Villa is set up on the hillside so benefits from amazing views to the Mediterranean and also faces to the south so gets the sun all day long.. its a 10 minute walk down to the beach but please note that this is down hill and can be a strenuous walk back up.. but this is why this Villa benefits from the amazing views of the med and surrounding area, a local taxi will cost as little as 7€ to take you back home..
