Villa with private pool in Moraira, just a few meters from the sea. For 8 people. The villa is located in a privileged area, characterized by being located a few meters from the beach of “La Ampolla ”, the town center and all amenities. The villa has a large plot 800 m2 with enclosed beautiful garden consisting of lawn, palm trees and various plants. The villa has an inner surface of approx 210 m2 divided into several levels with air conditioning throughout the villa.

Main floor: Spacious living room with 2 air conditioning, satellite TV / Freeview, sofa chaise lounge with terrace and pool area. Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster and kitchen utensils. 1 room with wc and washbasin. 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds, air conditioning, ensuite with shower, toilet and washbasin. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, air conditioning. ensuite with shower, toilet and washbasin, 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 air conditioner and bathroom with shower, toilet and sink in suite

1st floor: (accessed by internal stairs). Spacious bedroom with double bed, air conditioning unit, balcony with partial sea views and overlooks the pool, where you can sunbathe, ensuite with bath, seperate shower, toilet and washhand basin.

On the outside: a beautiful garden with patio furniture, lawn area with palms. A Kidney-shaped pool size 9x4, with accessed by 5 roman steps, there is a pergola with barbecue and 6 sun beds. A short distance permitted access to the sandy beach the “Ampolla” (200 m) Moraira center and restaurants (0.4 km). Parking for 2-3 vehicles within the same plot.

Remarks:

It is possible to accommodate a person with an extra charge of 90 € person and stay. 1 pet no larger than 12 kg is accepted at a cost of 30 € / stay.
