Situated lower down the " Rocamaura" mountain in Estartit this is a 3 floored independent villa with a large swimming has splendid views of the Mediterranean and the Medas Islands.
Having 5 bedrooms and sleeping up to 11 persons the villa is ideal for a large family or a group of friends .The property is nicely furnished and equipped.
The pool area is partially paved with some lawn, ideal for drive accomodates 2 cars for off street parking.
A short walk of 5 minutes takes you to" Santa Anna" Estartit's main pedestrian only shopping street. A few minutes more to the marina with its nearby bars and restaurants or the beach.
