Great well positioned 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with a very large sun terrace,

Parking is located directly under the apartment with only 2 sets of steps to the apartment front door.

Once at the apartment you will find everything all on one level, there are 2 bedrooms one being the master bedroom with a large double bed and direct access to the terrace, the second bedroom can be used as a twin or a double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom adjoining.

There is a separate family bathroom with full bath and shower over.

This then brings you in to the open plane living area where you will find a well equipped American style kitchen.

The living room opens out to the large private sun terrace.

There is air conditioning in the master bedroom and the main living room, only included in rental cost in high season.

The terrace is truly amazing with quality seating area for relaxing and entertaining, sun-loungers are provided to soak up the sun or roll out the sunshade and relax with a local glass of wine and take in the breathtaking views.

Just a one minute walk down the little slope you will find yourself at the beach front where you will find a great restaurant to dine at.

A 5 minute walk along the beach front you will start to come in to the main area of Almunecar where you will find every type of bar and restaurants you could ask for.

All local Spanish bars on the Costa Tropical will offer Free tapas ( local food ) when having a drink at lunchtime this is only to be found on this coast line.

Almunecar on the Costa Tropical is one of the undiscovered gems of coastal Spain. A beautiful coast with spectacular mountain and sea views, unspoilt coves. Granada and the Alhamra are 45 mins away and the surrounding areas offer some stunning exploration. Almunecar is an old Moorish town; it is a bustling Spanish town with an extensive promenade incorporating several beaches and an aqua park. There is a daily market and the heart of Almunacer is the original Moorish area with its narrow streets and rustic charm. There are many good restaurants in and around the town which offer excellent value for money. Just a short drive away is the 9 hole golf course situated in Campo de los Moriscos, this is an all round sports complex situated next to the sea. Granada is a 45 minute drive away with fabulous scenery and the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada. The apartment is 5 mins from Almunacer by car and 5 mins from the beaches. The town of Nerja is only 35 mins away.
