Description: |
This luxury furnished 2 bedroom apartment within the gates of the Royal Golf club, Lomas De Campoamor, is set amongst beautiful landscaped gardens. It is just a short walk to the wonderful clubhouse, bar and restaurant, which is set at the highest point of the development and enjoys stunning, far reaching views over the golf course, to the countryside and coastline from La Zenia to the Mar Menor and La Manga.
The large, spacious ground floor apartment, in a small block of just 6 apartments has 2 bedrooms with 2 superbly fitted, fully tiled bathrooms. It will accomodate up to 4 adults and has a well equipped kitchen and utility / laundry room. The 2 bedrooms both have en-suite bathroom facilities with a full sized bath with shower, bidet and toilet. The living /dining room is huge! and the apartment is fully air conditioned. There are patio doors leading from the living room to a large, south facing, private sun-terrace with views to the communal landscaped gardens and surrounding countryside. There is also the use of a large communal swimming pool with sun bathing area and fresh water showers for residents and guests.
All bath towels and bed linen are provide and the apartment is fully cleaned with all towels and linen changed prior to visits (included in price). The apartment is furnished to a very high standard. British satelite TV, including sky sports is available at no extra cost. A complementary welcome pack is provided on arrival (Tea, Milk, Beer, Wine, Toilet Rolls etc.)
The greens and fairways of the excellent 18 hole, par 72 championship golf course are only 2 minutes away on foot. The Campoamor area is a haven for golfers with Las Ramblas golf course just 300 yards from the main gates of Campoamor golf resort. Villamartin golf course is a 5 minute car ride away and there are also other golf courses only a short drive away from the apartment including La Finca golf and La Manga.
For the non golf player there is plenty to do and many places of interest in the area to visit. The apartment is situated in a very peaceful and tranquil part of the Costa Blanca but the local bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. Villa Martin, La Zenia and Cabo Roig which have a larger choice of bars, some excellent restaurants, and fantastic beaches to enjoy are all within a short drive (all around 5 minutes by car or taxi). For an even livelier evening Torrevieja is not far away and has plenty of tapas bars, restaurants and night clubs. There are some exellent shops and a huge outdoor market held every Friday morning at Torrevieja, with over 1000 stalls selling almost everything from food to clothes and household goods.
There are a number of activities close to the apartment, including Tennis, Go-Karting, Golf, Bicycle hire, watersports, Aqua park, indoor swimming pool with gym and horse riding. There is also a play area near the golf clubhouse for younger members of the family. The apartment is situated on a truly stunning development and it is in an excellent position to explore both the Costa Blanca and the Costa Calida, with car hire prices in the region being very inexpensive. A visit to the nearby city of Elche / Elx is recommended. For the more adventurous, Valencia is a two hour drive away.
The apartment is easily accessible from both Alicante airport ,30 minute drive and Murcia (San Javier) airport, 15 minutes by car. Airport pickups can be arranged if you are not intending to hire a car at the airport.

How do I book? Telephone or E-mail us with your required dates. Your dates will be reserved and a booking form will be posted to your home address or email. The booking form should then be returned along with a deposit cheque for £100. The outstanding balance is due, in full at least 6 weeks prior to departure (where possible). The apartment keys and a return envelope will be sent to your address aprox. 1 week before you depart. A cheque for £50 is also required for major breakages. This is refundable on return of the apartment keys and apartment inspection. Booking contact details are at the bottom of the page.
