We are delighted to be able to offer you our attractive, comfortable and well equipped holiday villa which sits in an elevated position within a private and gated complex offering stunning views of the mountains and sea. Within easy access of the beach in the New Golden Mile, this lovely house is a stone's throw from the exclusive Kempinski Hotel and fashionable Laguna Village Beach Resort. The house benefits from a secluded sun trap terrace and small garden as well as a large roof terrace. Situated amongst the beautiful, well attended, communal landscaped gardens is a large and maintained, shared swimming pool(for use between Easter and October approximately) as well as a tennis court. The surrounding area boasts an outstanding equestrian centre, several challenging golf courses, breathtaking mountain walks, unspoilt pueblos blancos, beach restaurants and a great selection of shops including the excellent supermarket Carrefour. The heart of Estepona is no more than a 5 minute car journey where you will discover an authentic and vibrant Spanish town offering fantastic fish restaurants, cafes serving delicious coffee and icecream, boutiques and gift shops. Travel in the opposite direction for fifteen minutes and you reach exclusive Puerto Banus and glamorous Marbella offering a great array of restaurants, shops and a glittering night life.


The house is located approximately midway between Malaga and Gibraltar Airports. So with a huge choice of airlines and itineraries at your disposal travelling to this desirable place in the sun is easily accessible and convenient.

The villa has a well equipped kitchen including dishwasher and fridge freezer. There are two bathrooms and a downtairs toilet. Terrace furniture and sunbeds are provided for your use.

The smaller bedroom has two single large main bedroom has a double bed and sofa-bed for one. There is also a single z bed--so the house could accommodate 6 people in total.
