Golf Gardens consists of 68 luxurious apartments and penthouses, built in 2006 by an reputable Belgium developer. This rather small sized gated community has video surveillance and is professionally maintained by the active community of owners. The entire urbanisation has been recently repainted.
Golf Gardens enjoys a huge sized double pool with children area and can be easily compared to one of the 4-5 star hotels in the area. Sufficient sun beds and parasols are available around the pool areas.
There is also a heated pool over the winter month (october till march) with constantly 29ºC.
Golf Gardens is situated +-800 meter from the Los Monteros beach, approx. 10 min walking distance. Rio Real Golf course, one of the oldest and prestigious in the area, is located only 200 meter away.

Rio Real belongs to the “macro urbanisation” of Los Monteros and is situated within Marbella East, approx. 5 min drive to the center of Marbella. The Rio Real Golf course with its fabulous club house is also home of a beautiful designed boutique hotel. Also well known in the area is the 5-star Incosol Hotel. It is situated behind Golf Gardens and is well known for its therapeutical and health center (), besides it has a beautiful SPA & Wellness center including indoor pool which is also accessible for non hotel visitors.

The quiet but central location of Golf Gardens is ideal for those seeking relaxation but still want to be near amenities. Marbella center with its long promenade and historical old town offers a good variety of restaurants, tapas bars and shops and can be reached withing a 5 min drive. The beautiful sandy beach of Los Monteros is only a short stroll away and one can enjoy long walks over the beach from there.
La Cañada is one of the biggest shopping malls in the area and is situated only a 5 min drive away. La Cañanda comprises a huge supermarket and plenty of shops. Free parking is provided. 10 min from Golf Gardens situated is the international yacht harbor of Puerto Banus. “El Rosario” can be reached 2 exits away from Rio Real. It offers a supermarket and German bakery and a kiosque with Dutch and international newspapers. There are also some good restaurants and a tennis club, El Casco.
One can find various restaurants, beach clubs, golf courses near by.
