Nice modern apartment for rent with a sea view. The apartment is directly situated at the beach and near to the centre of the village. The apartment has two floors. The first floor has a living room with access to the terras with view on the beach, a separate kitchen and a toilet. On the second floor you have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a smaller terrace with views at the sea and the mountains. The spacious livingroom is situated on the first floor, the three bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the second floor. The apartment suites a maximum of 4 persons and is equipped with air-conditioning, television, DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster and water cooker. The apartment building has a private parking and lift. The apartment is on the first and second floor of a modern building in front of the sea. Moraira is ideal for couples or families with children. Moraira is situated directly at the beach and is surrounded by mountains. This means it offers lots of possibilities for biking, walking and water sports. Moraira has a cozy, pretty Centre with good restaurants, nice terraces and bars. Moraira has a nice climate in spring it has already temperatures of 24 degrees during the day and in summer the temperatures rises to 30-32 degrees, though because of the nice sea wind it never becomes too hot. Moraira is very easy accessible by plane from Valencia or Alicante airport.
The rent does not include bed sheets and towels.

The cleaning costs are included if booking for a minimum of 2 weeks. In case of booking less nights, we charge € 40. The bedlinnen are not included in the price we ask €12,50 per person.
