This private gated development, has been built and furnished to a high standard. The residential areas are separated by beautiful walkways and fountains with seating for relaxation. There are 2 large communal outdoor pools and a separate children’s splash pool surrounded by large landscaped areas with palm trees which provides shaded areas. Al Andalus Thalassa is suitable for summer and winter breaks as, in additional to the above, it boasts a small indoor spa/gym area with heated pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and hydro-massage showers. Other facilities include WiFi, tennis courts and a well equipped children's play area, all in your own back yard!

Our duplex apartment boasts 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and includes all the extras you will need to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The property is air conditioned and furnished with high quality fixtures and fittings comprising living/dining area, kitchen with utility area, 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms and 2 bath/shower rooms.

Kitchen - Fully equipped modern kitchen with oven and grill, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. Also comes with numerous cooking utensils and crockery for 6.
Utility Room - Accessed via kitchen housing water heater, washing machine, clothes airer and general storage.
Living Room - Complete with traditional Spanish style furniture, flat screen Sat TV with Sky/TDT, DVD player, selection of DVDs/books/games, 2 settees, coffee table, dining table and ceiling fan. Patio doors lead out onto a private patio/small garden.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service - Towels and linen are provide. The property will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival and at the end of your stay. Please bring your own beach towels.

Prices quoted are for the property per week in Euros although we are happy to take payment in UK Pounds.
Book 3 weeks and get third week at half price discount (not available during July/August).
Long term lets considered during low season at discounted rates - please email to check.
Changeover day - Saturday to Saturday is preferred although flexibility with changeover day is generally permitted - please email to check. Arrival time 4pm/departure time 10am to allow for cleaning. Short breaks available (minimum £150 in mid and low season).

More about Sherry Paterson

We live in England with our 2 children. We try to get out to Spain 3 or 4 times a year and this now feels like home from home.

We wanted to buy a holiday home in 'real' Spain and after much research, found the ideal location in Vera Playa, Almeria. There are some beautiful beaches and many bars and restaurants to suit all needs in the surrounding villages. It is hot all year round so provides for both summer and winter holidays.

It is truly a home from home!
