Description: |
Its an urbanization at the right of the road from Vera to Carboneras. Its between Pueblo Indalo and Hotel Indalo.
The urbanization has a very beautiful garden with a common swimming pool.
The house has common walls with two other houses. In spanish we call it chalet adosado, I dont know how do you name it in english.
It has a front little garden and a back porch, facing with swimming pool and the sea.
It has two floors. In the low floor you have the living-room with chimney, the kitchen and a little complete bathroom.
In the first floor it has three bedrooms, one with couple bed, one with two beds, with views to the sea, and the third one with bunks. Also there it is the main bathroom. You can take a shower looking to the sea.
we like very much our house and take care of it.
Its perfectly equiped, clothes, household-electric, microwave, machine to clean dishes, furnace etc. almost all of then have been recently changed.
The villa is in what is called Mojacar Beach, its 6 km from the village: Mojacar, that is not properly in the cost. find it in the web, it is really beautiful and very touristic.
Mojacar playa is full of villas, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs. You can buy everything you need very near, but probably by car. There is a supermarket next to the urbanization, though is a little expensive, there you can buy bread and any thing urgent.
The nearest airports, are Almeria, Murcia and Alicante, in this order.
